Shipping is free on all orders. No delivery fee is added at checkout, and the total amount payable is displayed before you complete your purchase, so you know exactly how much you will pay, with no surprises.

Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively throughout Ireland.

Every order is carefully processed and prepared for dispatch to ensure an efficient service and a satisfying shopping experience.

Processing Time

Orders are processed, dispatched and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note that the delivery times stated below do not include additional warehouse processing time, which may take 1 to 3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey until it arrives.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders may take between 9 and 21 working days to be delivered, in addition to the warehouse processing time above.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. You can use the link provided to monitor the status of your delivery.

Possible Delays

Although we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues, adverse weather conditions or periods of increased order volumes.

Damaged, Incorrect or Ill-Fitting Items – 30-Day Guarantee

All orders are covered by our 30-day guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if the size does not fit, contact us at info@evelyn-cork.com within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and, where applicable, a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, an exchange or a full refund of the product price.

If the item arrived damaged or is not the item you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs. For size exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the return instructions.
